Literature and creation are there to truly lead the fellow from joy to wisdom. That is also useful to transmit a certain opinion or a new idea to people. Cinema is one of the most powerful weapons to do this social work. To do that, society must have a well-read understanding. There are many occasions where cinema has been used to carry out the work of social reform and this is one such occasion. One of the most important tastes we get from watching a movie is the taste of wisdom. ✨

In a world where we are separated from each other in the mechanism of globalization, we have to face individual and common problems. coz we lost us inside us. Many people cannot say 

" I am the who I am '' Especially in countries where religious piety is at its peak, various other problems arise due to that and they developed that into war situations. Also, there are cases where the recovery is distorted and stuck without being able to go beyond it due to folk culture and traditional cultural conditions. Especially Muslim countries and multicultural countries like Sri Lanka and India are also among them.

Literary arts will emerge in the background of various social, cultural, historical, economic forces of a country.

However, the problem arises of how to make the man's interior fragrant even though he bathed and smelled it from the outside. coz we cannot purify their insides though we cleaned them in outside. Aristotle says that the subject of literature should not be the particular but the general. Uniqueness is something unique to a person or thing. What is unique to a person is something that most people do not have. A bond between person and literature is created not because of the special but because of this generality. No doubt you have read the opinions of many sages and scholars about this situation. The scholar Bharatamuni says that taste is born from ordinary guna yoga. The scholar Vishwanatha called it "justification". Bertolt Brecht calls "parapathy" something similar. Ordinaries are the best form of everything. The social realism that emerges from this generalization creates a new eye. That's the eye of wisdom. It goes from mind to mind. therefore, creations & creativity help the man to think differently. Also it can give the helping hand to people who are isolated and lost in the society. 

In Jayathilaka Kammellaweera's collection of short stories called "The Blood" and in K. Jayathilaka's short story, "A toilet for us'' there are instances where he provided a helping hand to the people who were lost in the society. That is the literature within literature. Also, in the world of cinema, works such as "PAD MAN" and "Toilet Ek prem katha" can be considered in the same category, because they fulfill social reform tasks well. There has been a shift towards specialization through generalization. Also

With all those facts, the next innovation to be talked about is the movie "OMG 2". ✨✨

Omg 2 has released on August 11, 2023. This is not the first time that sexuality is being talked about in the Indian society, which is a religious, multi-ethnic and multicultural country. As mentioned earlier, other films starring Akshay Kumar like PAD MAN, TOILET EK PREM KATHA were also made in India. The movie Omg 2 deals with a major issue of adolescence. Also related to the gap in sex education in society.

The Indian Central Board of Film Certification or CBFC has issued an A-type certificate for the film, which openly discusses such a thing. A type certificate reffers that the film is most suitable for adults.  

However, that CBFC has cut the opportunity to play the role of Lord Shiva here and the board has provided the opportunity for Akshay kumar who is the main character to appear only as a representative of Lord Shiva.However it seems to been well mapped out by society through design. The director has worked to inculcate the right thinking in the right direction by targeting the gaps in all these places such as school system, education system, culture, changing world, family unit and society etc........

In the society of Asian countries like Sri Lanka, India, many adults behave as they fell to earth through photosynthesis. People of any age like teenagers, young, middle-aged, elderly, etc. No matter how many problems they have, they refuse to solve them. And they do not have a proper understanding of how to get an answer to those sexual problems.

Because of this, the number of people facing many problems due to ignorance and misunderstanding. That situation is increasing day by day. Rapes, child abuse, mental abuse, murders, child mothers, school dropouts,many social problems, as well as the economic and health problems arising from them, are emerging day by day. 

Just hiding The ordinaries and sexuality or that natural healing state and process does not reduce social problems. It only creates reasons for backwardness as a country. In the sixth grade at schools the reproductive lesson begins to be taught in the health subject, but only a handful teach it correctly. Because in the teacher's role, there is not enough strength to speak openly about this and there are moral obstacles. In the movie Omg 2, when the student named Vivek raises a question to the science teacher, he scolds him and leaves. This is a hidden topic in our society. I don't know what the society expects by closing the doors to the discussion of an essential element on which the existence and development of a society depends. Also, I don't even know why this topic is perversely pursuing the perverted situations and approaching the mouth of destruction.

Anyhow, in this type of a society, The social appeal of the short stories Hamine and Hamina, The blood, The guardians.....etc. is very high in Mr. Kammallaweera's stories. Its social spaces are ideally defined. The message of OMG 2 is also that typed and it is "Let's start from gap''. Psychologically based OMG 2 is like a work of art. It is actually written using psychological theories. Religious devotion and theism are added to this film with the appreciation of God. By establishing God, it is easy to convey the right message to a God-centered society like India.

Omg 1 the original movie dismissed theism and it looks like this was created to avoid the failure of that. This conveys the message that God is always with us. Also, God has become the conmunicator that carries direct discussion and attention about sexuality without hesitation. Therefore, the role of God here has played a real scientific role. Children are the ones who really suffer from the problems that arise in sex. Children are also victimized by adults to fulfill their needs due to their ignorance. Although it is said that children first, it is not so in society. Children face a lot of violence and various problems, especially in school. There are also times when children become depressed due to the misunderstanding of adults. Many boys' schools and even girls' schools have various problems hidden from society. Even in a mixed school, the writingson the toilet walls really speaks to the void in society. Not only children but even young monks are stuck in many unanswered problems. This situation has now affected the entire society irrespective of age. 

According to statistical reports, Sri Lanka ranks first among countries searched for the word sex on Google. India is ranked 3rd. It has been confirmed that 30% of the Indian community watching Porn Hub are women. Also, according to the reports released by the Sri Lankan Police Children and Women's Bureau, in the first nine months of this year, nearly 1500 rapes including statutory rape, child rape have been reported to the Sri Lanka Police, which is an increase in rape compared to the first nine months of last year.

As of September 30 this year, there were 199 cases of rape, 951 cases of statutory rape (sexual activity under the age of the girl's consent) and 273 cases of child rape as of 1,021 and 264 cases of statutory rape and 1,021 statutory rapes. has been reported. During the same period last year, cases of child rape were reported.Police Media Spokesman Mr. Nihal Thalduwa said that the total number of rapes reported to the police last year was 250, and 1,382 statutory rapes were reported last year alone. We only know the amount that has been reported and how much has been hidden without being reported...? 

This is the real situation of a country that listens to buddhist sermons morning to night.. According to the data, the percentage of children born to underage mothers during the covid last year in the country has not yet been finalized, but their guess is that the figures for 2020 are the same. In 2020, the population of the country is 22,034,594. The birth rate per thousand is 15.1. 4.1 percent of those births are child mothers. In terms of understandable numbers, about 13642 children, have become mothers.

Sri Lanka ranks 61st and India ranks 94th in terms of rape case reports in the world's data set.But in countries like Saudi Arabia, Oman etc. there are minimum statistics reported. Disturbing statistics released by the Police Children and Women's Bureau revealed a shocking increase in child molestation cases in October. According to the report, 131 girls under the age of 16 were sexually assaulted during the period. It says that 10 of them have become pregnant so far and 22 child pregnancies have been reported in September.Although this is the situation in this country, a similar situation has arisen more or less in other countries, especially in India. This has closed the space for development. 

The lack of understanding about sexuality is also a serious reason for the lack of development of a country. As well that's an obstacle. 

But India today

By 2035-45, this situation is setting the foundation for creating a changed society.

What India does is communication for development. They used 

Cinema for that.They have made God the communicator to carry the message of the movie OMG 2. God carries the message of developmental communication. They have used cinema to unite the two sets of the concept of divinity, which holds the highest position in Indian society, and sexuality, which is seen as a shameful matter to even talk about.

The Indians who conquered the world through the Chandrayan did not exclude divinity. And in overcoming the social problems in the physical world, they will overcome their problems without dismissing the divinity and considering it as a blessing. The birthplace of Vatsyayana, the author of the Kama Sutras, and the famous idols of Khajuraho, a further hoax hides sexuality to the point of exacerbating social problems. Will not be foolish. The film Omg 2 is focused on the vision of the next step in their development.

Today is 76 th years since India gained independence. We are 75. But as two friendly countries, we are like heaven and earth.

Even if one district was developed in these 75 years, 25 districts could have been completed.

If a movie like OMG 2 was made in Sri Lanka, would it get approval from the popular entertainment board here?

We live in a country that has not been able to properly popularize a sex educational book even let alone a movie. Recently, monks and various people in this country loudly expressed their opposition to "Hathe Ape potha'' which correctly describes the adolescence. Those who oppose sex education do not raise their voices against sexual abuse, molestation or harassment.None of them raise their voice about the future of children who are subjected to physical and mental abuse. Sri Lanka has now become an illegal country.We live in a country where it is not possible to make a proper decision regarding education that bends decisions to the needs and wants of each. However, no religious leaders or gods comes in real life to find answers to the social problems raised by the gap in sex education. There was a god To help Vivek and his the father in this film. But There is nobody for us in our real life. 

Lord Shiva's messenger is not found in real life. But in the real world, the understanding gained through real sex education will save many lives. Although society has reached a point where sexuality is a puzzle for all people regardless of age and gender, it has largely disappeared through new media and social media. But because of this, how many lives are destroyed by resorting to various wrong temptations, experiments and addictions?

Can not all these conditions be avoided through a change in education? A moral, civilized and disciplined society can be created only by providing the correct understanding. It is a psychological theory. Suffering from the opiates of hunger/curiosity/scarcity

Awareness is more important than perishing in the face of ignorance. "Ignorance of the law is not an excuse", so where do the people of today's society learn about the law? Also, even if they think that "ignorance about sex is not an excuse", where do they learn about it? Making it possible to learn about the general situation in the society. In short, popularization of our book of the seven great scholars who saw as "spoil the children" do the children classify the children as good children and bad children based on their understanding or lack of understanding about sexuality?

It has become clear that there is a group of strange creatures living in this country who slander ordinary things that should be hidden to the whole village, and see things that should be spoken openly and understood as unusual and hide them and reject them. Even in today's society, there are many educated husbands who do not know what their wife's period is. Moreover, there are people who are family temples who do not know about their physical position or nature as well as their physical and mental needs. There are people who can't talk, but live unsatisfied lives hiding what needs to be talked about, and have that discomfort and pressure soothed by others. There are also cases where members of the school, workplace and even at home are bullied in different ways due to their personal problems.

Thus, from the highest position to the lowest role in society, this problem has affected everywhere. Because of this, all social, economic and cultural aspects of a country are deteriorating.

India will change this situation. But Sri Lanka will watch the movie and stay silent.

OMG 2 is indeed a timely title. The companion leads from joy to wisdom. The social appeal through this is very high. God will truly stand for the truth…Not every child has a father like Vivek's father.But there are many schools like Vivek's school in Sri Lanka. And there will be hundreds & thousands of other children like Vivek in the society. I remembered what Nelson Mandela said that education is the most powerful weapon to change the world. Indeed, in order to change the society and to build a good society that we expect, there must be a proper education reform.

We can call sri lanka as a Dharmadweep only when it is possible to create a society without child fathers, and child mothers, and where the child is safe. Otherwise shouting "I am summoned to the Dharma Court, my Lord" in every case is no use...

Watch OMG 2 Indeed, while the Lankans have to stare at the empty sky saying "Oh my God", the Indians It will start its journey from tomorrow.

The day when the competent authorities work to close the gaps in education is not far away! Open your eyes!... Let the children win!

OMG2 is a powerful and thought-provoking film that tackles the important issue of sex education in India. This movie will influence the thoughts of individuals who think it's wrong to talk about a certain subject with kids.

OMG2 has taken a bold step in bringing out a taboo subject with utmost modesty.......... A gripping plot, engaging screenplay, & solid performances. 

OMG 2 is recommended for every child and every parent as well teachers. One of the things that makes OMG2 so effective is its realistic portrayal of sex education in India. The film does not shy away from the challenges and stigmas that surround this topic, and it does a great job of showing the importance of sex education for both young people and adults.

Another strength of OMG2 is its cast. Pankaj Tripathi is excellent as the protagonist, and he is supported by a strong ensemble cast. The actors all give believable performances, and they help to bring the film's message to life. Akshay Kumar, in his limited screen time, is also good and brings his own brand of charisma to the role.

OMG 2 is the kind of film that is meant for family viewing, as it bridges the gap that has long existed between parents and kids who aren't comfortable talking about certain topics. The film opens a channel for conversations and the need to normalise sex education. 

Everyone should watch this movie. ✨ specialy the teachers and parents must watch this.
